Queries Sent to Search Providers
When you type a name, place, or other query into a search box, that entry passes to the third-party provider operating the tool. Crisp County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own system. The provider's policy controls its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or a contact-form message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Information Collected Automatically
Routine technical records may be created when a page loads. Depending on the service involved, they can include:
- Your Internet Protocol address.
- The browser name and version in use.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed and time spent on them.
- The site that referred the visit, when available.
- Date and time stamps for requests.
Cookie Use

Websites Beyond Our Control
Links may lead to Crisp County release records, sheriff or corrections pages, Georgia government portals, federal locators, and outside search services. Once you leave, the destination's own privacy notice and terms govern the visit.
Advertising providers may use their systems to track activity across more than one website for interest-based ads. That cross-site processing occurs through the provider's technology, not a record system controlled by Crisp County Released Inmates.
Parties Receiving Information
We do not sell personal data. Information may still be handled by limited parties that support or lawfully oversee the service:
- Search partners that process a submitted query.
- Analytics providers that measure site use.
- Advertising networks serving or measuring ads.
- Law enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order.
Safeguards and Security Limits
We use ordinary security practices intended to protect data and site operations. No Internet-connected service can be made fully secure, however. We cannot promise that a breach, interception, unauthorized access, or other security incident will never occur.
Visitors Younger Than 18
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted data, contact us so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
